Performance features
Self~melting without wire feeding/wire feeding all~position automatic TIG DC/Pulse pipe~pipe welding machine head
Suitable to spot operation due to it compact structure, stable rotation and less rotational inertia
Arc length adjustment and Yaw can be used in machine head above T077 and is applicable for welding the pipes with thick wall.
Thanks to its external circulating water-cooling, it can work successively for a long period of time.
With a mechanical die guiding unit, the surface of tungsten electrode and work piece is kept constant.
The connection of pulse~counting and control system has realized the closed~ring controlling; The machine head is reset automatically when welding/simulating is finished.
Due to its professional design, it is applicable for welding the pipes with thin wall and general diameter, and they are made of carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel; It is also applicable for multiple jointing of welding pipe~pipe, pipe~elbow, pipe~flange and pipe~valve.
Supported by the EWA306 or EWA160 programmable automatic digitalized conversion TIG power, an all~position closed~ring control pipe~pipe-welding system.
